How do I create an account?

Unfortunately, we only offer returns if your item is damaged. You must provide proof if you are returning a damaged item. All returns are only valid within 14 days.

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-14 days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 2-4 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at orazie@pralinesbackyard.com.

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-14 business days.

No, we have started our international shipping program and ship to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. There is an additional shipping charge of $9.99 to these countries and delivery will take between 10 to 30 days. We hope to add more countries in the near future.
